Terms of service

The service
IntusStudio LLC ("IntusStudio") offers Intus CRM, a service for businesses that organizes and automates their Instagram and Messenger conversations and lets them run online courses. By creating an account or using Intus CRM you agree to these terms.
For businesses
Intus CRM is a business-to-business service. Whoever registers a business represents that they may act for it and is responsible for what is done with its accounts. Each person keeps their password safe and tells us if they suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Intus CRM may not be used to send spam or illegal or deceptive content, or to break the policies of Meta or other connected services. We may suspend an account that does.
Business data
The messages, courses and customer data a business stores in Intus CRM belong to it. The business is responsible for having its customers' consent and for publishing its own privacy policy; we process that data as a processor, under our Privacy policy.
Prices and payments
Prices and payment terms are published before billing opens. Until then, Intus CRM charges nothing.
Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep Intus CRM available and backed up, but it is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
Termination
A business may close its account at any time. Once closed, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
If we change these terms, we publish the new version here with its date. They are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
